Thanks to wisdom culled from numerous wisemen & gurus (known & unknown), I have been able to develop a pertinent training philosophy, which in turn, has helped me structure a very effective approach towards my workshops and sessions.
Sharing the training philosophy:
1. Always customise training to resolve concerns & problems specific to the organization.
2. Train only on those subjects & topics on which I have relevant & in-depth knowledge.
3. Not confine training to theoretical discussions but always expressly link it to the practicalities of workplace environment.
4. Encourage participants to look inward, to question & to think for themselves.
5. Most importantly, ensure participants have fun while learning.
I follow the above with all sincerity because so far, I haven't yet come across a reason not to.
