What’s similar between Compliment & Complement, Aloud & Allowed, Training & Facilitation?

To the unversed, the words Training and Facilitation sound the same primarily because they both have the same end objective. Yet their paths, their approaches, their way of working are different from each other to an extent that no Trainer can automatically consider himself / herself to be a Facilitator too. Facilitation is a different ball game and no matter how good a Trainer you are, you may not necessarily make a good Facilitator. 

Thanks to valuable inputs on Facilitation shared earlier by experienced Facilitators, I was able to make the transition successfully and to the satisfaction of the client & participants.
